Rezo Gaming is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier delays, weather conditions, customs delays, or events outside our control.

  1. Returns and Exchanges
    Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and includes its original packaging and accessories.

Opened or used items may not be accepted for return unless there is a confirmed defect.
